I have been a little soup making machine lately!!!! I can’t get enough of it!!! My favorite thing about soup is that you can make a heap load and then freeze portions to save for a later date!! The first soup is butternut squash topped with crab meat and nutmeg…mmmm. The second soup is one of my all time favorites: split pea topped with bacon and fennel. The last: a pork stew I made with leftover pork tenderloin!
